How do I calculate how many tiles I need for my project?
To calculate the required amount, multiply the length of your area by the width to get the total square footage. We recommend adding a 10-15% 'buffer' to account for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Do you offer samples before I make a full purchase?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples. You can order up to five cut samples for a small fee to see the color and texture in your home's unique lighting before committing to a full order.
How are the tiles shipped to ensure they don't break?
Tiles are heavy and fragile, so we ship them via specialized freight carriers on shrink-wrapped pallets. While we take every precaution, we ask that you inspect your delivery within 48 hours and report any damages immediately.
What is your return policy for over-ordered tiles?
We accept returns on full, unopened boxes of tiles within 30 days of delivery. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee may apply.
Are your tiles suitable for both floors and walls?
Most of our floor tiles can be used on walls, but wall tiles are generally not strong enough for floor use. Please check the 'PEI Rating' or 'Usage' section on each product page for specific suitability.
What should I do if my tiles are from different batches?
Tiles are produced in 'lots' or 'batches' which can have slight color variations. We always try to ship your entire order from the same batch. We recommend mixing tiles from different boxes during installation to ensure a natural blend.
