At Tiles4Less, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused and unopened tile boxes. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal to submit a return request and receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Tiles
Carefully pack the unused tile boxes onto a secure pallet or into sturdy shipping containers, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Ship to Warehouse
Arrange for a courier of your choice to deliver the items back to our central distribution center; we recommend using a tracked service for high-value stone and ceramic orders.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
